Its been freezing here in Saskatchewan...I'm looking forward to some warmer weather. I can't seem to get over how cold it is here in this province.
I am looking forward to Christmas this year, Stephen and I are driving to Kelowna to spend some time with my family there. What makes it even more special is that my sister is flying from Australia to come and visit for 5 weeks. She gets here this coming Monday night, and I can't wait. Looking forward to some time off of work, as things have been quite busy which makes for no down time!
I hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas season, and that you are continually reminded of the remarkable gift we were given and that you are blessed by Jesus and his love for us!

40 kids + 11 hours at West Ed Mall=madness!!!
Two weeks ago Stephen and I took 40 jnr high kids between 6th and 8th grade to West Edmonton Mall for the weekend. It is always a fun, high energy weekend...filled with only small amounts of stress:) All the kids had a great time, so did our leaders and we all came back in one piece, happy and healthy!

Weekend Getaway
I can't believe I'm posting so quickly after my last post! haha It is probably because I have some pictures to add along to it, which we all know makes it that much better and interesting:)
This past weekend Stephen surprised me on Saturday morning and had all of my bags already packed and in the car and we headed off to Edmonton! I had no idea that he had been planning the trip for quite some time. We had this Sunday off from church so that was why we were able to take off for the long weekend.
He had a hotel booked, places to go eat, to go shop all planned out. It was a blast and a really great time for us to reconnect and enjoy spending time together that was just for us:)
Did a little Ikea, a little bit outlet stores, and of course West Edmonton Mall where we hit up the water park for the afternoon and Cinzeo (my FAVORITE cinnamon bun store EVER). We got all of our Christmas shopping done which was a plus!
Here are some pics as promised!
I had to take a picture of Chucke Cheese...haha I didn't even know they had these out there still!!!!

Back from the Dead...
I hardly doubt that anyone actually reads this thing anymore...which makes sense because for the longest time, my template wouldn't work and reading my blog was rather impossible. S0, I decided to change that. After much laziness, I finally decided to get off my butt and fix my blog and maybe write a few words and add just a few more pictures.
Life has been swell. Lots of things going on, lots to be thankful for. In the last couple of months, or more like last summer (I think that is seriously the last time I posted....I'm on facebook now, cut me some slack!) we've been travelling to Montreal to visit Stephen's brother and sister in law, Stephen travelled to SanDiego for a conference and I visited my parents in Kelowna.
Before I babble on forever...here are a few pictures

Anybody Want A House?
So our place that we are renting the basement in is going on the market this week... Our landlord has finally finished all of the reno's and is putting it on the market. We just wanted to show everyone what the main floor looks like, and some pictures of our little place in the basement:)
Here's a snapshot of what 350K will getcha in Saskatoon these days... (that is what our landlord is asking for the house currently)
